IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*Our rates do not include meals. We dont serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 

For stays longer than 7 nights bed linens can be changed, on request. For every stay, each client is entitled to a bath towel and a face towel. For stays of 4 to 7 nights each client is entitled to two bath towels and two face towels. For medium or long term stays, the customer is entitled to clean towels every 3 nights, on request.

Towels and extra bed linen have an additional cost:

• Bath towel set and face - 5 euros;
• bed linen set – 15 euros.

*Our rates are for two people and a double bed.

We can arrange an extra single bed for an additional fee of 30 euros.

Keys for the rooms are delivered on arrival

Check-in stars at 4 pm.
Check-out is until 11 am.

For medium to long term stays, we provide a weekly house keeping, on request. We can provide daily room cleaning on request of the customer, upon availability service provider and this has an ad cost of 30 euros each day.

For the comfort and enjoyment of both guests and neighbors, we request noise levels be kept to a minimum during quiet hours which begins at 9 pm. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor balcony. Parties and events are not allowed.

At the property there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, that can be used between 9am and 6pm in winter time and from 9am to 8pm in summer or until there is still daylight. We leave soap and softener for your use. The use of this products is up to your choice and risk, we dont take responsability for any miss use. If you have sensitive skin problems we would advise you to aquire 
washing mashine soap and softener of your preference. To save energy and time:

• Choose programs with short cycles to wash your clothes.
• accumulate clothes to make a full machine.
• Use only the necessary detergent and softener. Excess detergent in addition to polluting the environment also spoils your clothes.
• In summer, give preference to drying clothes outdoors. You should not use the dryer.

In the laundry room, there is also a drying rack that the client can use to dry their clothes on their terrace. It is not allowed to dry clothes indoors. we leave a small brown towel in the bathroom,
for the purpose of cleaning your footwear.

We provide free parking space, the limits of the parking spaces must be respected and the vehicles must be kept inside the lines. In case of damage to any vehicles inside the property, we don't take responsability of incidents of this nature.
